Shipping Locations
Ivy Charging Network is based in Ontario, Canada, and ships exclusively within Canada. At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of Canada.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, up to $35 in shipping cost. Shipping costs that exceed $35 will not be covered. We always aim to provide the most cost-effective shipping options.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Shipping Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Most orders will arrive within:
- Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3 to 10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees, which will be charged to the customer.
